Layered Thai Chili Sardine Salad

1 can (341ml) Cream Kernel corn, drained
2 Carrots, thinly sliced
2 Green Onions, sliced
2 cups (500ml Broccoli Slaw
2 cans (125g) Gold Seal Thai Chili Sardines
1 pkg. (283g) Grape Tomatoes
¼ cup (50ml) Fat Free Italian Dressing

    Perfect lunch as salad in a jar. Fat Free Italian Dressing and Gold Seal Thai Chili Sardines go on the bottom, veggies get piled on top. Everything stays separate and dressing-free until you toss the salad together in the bowl — never eat another soggy lunch salad again.


    1. In a large bowl place corn on the bottom of the bowl then Carrots, Broccoli Slaw, Grape Tomatoes, Gold Seal Thai Chili Sardines.
    2. Garnish with Green Onions.
    3. Drizzle Dressing over Salad and serve.
