Pho Boy Sandwich

2 Eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
1 Onion, cooked, finely chopped
¼ cup (59ml) Tomato Sauce
½ tsp (2.5ml) Capers
½ cup (118ml) Mayonnaise
½ tsp (2.5ml) Sriracha Sauce
2 cans (125g) Gold Seal Sardines in Water, drained
4 slices  Tomatoes
4 slices  Cucumber
4 Romaine Leaves
2 Kaiser Buns
  • Chef's Tips

    If you want it more spicy, add some chili flakes.


    1. In a large bowl combine, eggs, onions, tomato sauce, capers, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce and sardines and mix well.
    2. Layer cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce on the Kaiser, then load on sardine mixture and serve.
