Salmon, Tomato, Chickpea and Feta Salad

Great recipe for protein lovers!

2 cans (125 g) Gold Seal Skinless Boneless Sockeye salmon, drained
1/2 cup
crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 cups grape tomatoes sliced in half
2 cups assorted cherry tomatoes cut in half
1-15oz can low-salt chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  salt and pepper to taste
  • Chef's Tips

    If you are not a fan of Feta cheese use aged cheddar.


    1. In a small bowl combine feta cheese, red pepper flakes, olive oil.  Set aside.
    2. Combine tomatoes and chickpeas on a platter.  Flake salmon over mixture and crumble feta over entire salad.
    3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
