Tuna and Blue Cheese Salad

1 can (100g)   Gold Seal No Drain Solid White Tuna
4 tsp (20ml)
Marmalade jam
3 tbsp (45ml)
White wine vinegar
3 tbsp (45ml)
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) 
Onion, very finely minced
  Salt and pepper to taste
 1 pkg. Spring mix
 1 cup (250ml) Red seedless grapes, halved lengthwise
 ¾ cup (3oz) Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Chef's Tip

    If you are a pecan lover garnishing your salad with ¼ cup of chopped pecans, takes this recipe up a notch.


    1. Whisk jam, vinegar, oil, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    2. Toss in spring mix and grapes.
    3. Distribute salad among 6 individual chilled plates and top each with portion with tuna, blue cheese and serve immediately.
