Spicy Chili Smoked Oysters with Linguini Pasta

Serves 6

Metric Imperial Ingredients
1 can 1 can Ocean's Chili Smoked Oysters (85g)
454g 16 oz Uncooked linguini, spaghetti or angel hair pasta
60 ml 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
30 ml 2 tbsp Finely chopped garlic, approx. 4 cloves
250 ml 1 cup
Whole fresh cherry tomatoes (or substitute diced tomatoes)
60 ml 4 tbsp Fresh parsley
30 ml 2 tbsp Pecorino romano or any hard Italian cheese

Chili flakes and salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking prepare the mixture.
  2. In a large frying pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic and cherry tomatoes in olive oil until tender, approx. 3- 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  3. Toss in the cooked pasta, oysters and parsley and continue cooking for another minute to bring up to heat.
  4. Top with fresh grated pecorino romano or any hard cheese.
