The Untraditional Tuna & Swiss Sandwich

|2 cans ||2 cans ||Ocean's Flaked Light Tuna (184g or 170 g), drained |

|2/3 cup ||Swiss or Jarlsberg cheese, grated |
|60 ml ||1/4 cup ||Chopped onion |
|75 ml ||1/3 cup ||Mayonnaise |
| || ||Salt and pepper to taste |
|40 ml ||3 tbsp ||Soft butter or margarine |
|8 ||8 ||Slices of bread |
Mozzarella can be substituted in this recipe.
Flavoured breads heighten this recipe's impact.
A little chopped celery will add some crunch.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, cheese, onion and mayonnaise together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Butter bread and spread 1/2 cup filling inside each sandwich. Grill at medium heat until toasted and light brown. Serve with fries or nachos.
